Family Pictures

Several years ago I sat down with my grandma and went through her pictures. It was a lot of fun looking at the old photographs, hearing the stories behind them, and just spending that time with my grandma. Here are some of the pictures I saved from that day.

Grandma was not sure if this was Elizabath Hadley or Emma Glancy. The picture was taken October 1916 and the woman is 65.

Another picture from the same day. My dad is the baby and two of the boys are his brothers. I'm not sure who the other boy is.

Another family portrait. This is one of my favorites because of the story that goes with it. Ernest had just returned from military service. His younger brother Edgar put on his boy scout uniform so he would also be in uniform for the picture.

This is one of my favorite pictures of my dad & his brothers. The upset looks on their faces was because they could tell santa was an imposter.
